I’m an empathy-led Product Designer with a strong focus on enterprise design, helping elevate customer experience (CX) while streamlining internal tools for efficiency and ease. At both Walmart and BrightEdge, I’ve worked on complex systems that support large-scale teams—helping in CX and, at the same time, weaving empathy within the software for a cozy and cohesive user experience.

I believe great enterprise tools should feel just as thoughtful and intuitive as consumer-facing products. My approach combines strategy, research, and storytelling to create solutions that not only solve problems but resonate on a human level.

Outside of work, I find joy in Indian classical music and dance—playing the sitar has sharpened my eye and ear for detail and deepened my appreciation for curated aesthetics. I’m passionate about infusing emotion into everything I create, from wedding couture to the perfect cup of coffee.
