At both Walmart and BrightEdge, I’ve worked on complex systems that support large-scale teams—helping in CX and, at the same time, weaving empathy within the software for a cozy and cohesive user experience. I believe great enterprise tools should feel just as thoughtful and intuitive as consumer-facing products.
