# DeVonta Johnson > Senior Fullstack Software Engineer | Transforming Ideas Into Products Location: Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/devonta I'm a fullstack senior software engineer who's been building every part of web apps for nearly a decade. From enterprise systems at established companies to zero-to-one products as a founding engineer. I thrive in any environment where I can ship meaningful software. My engineering philosophy: Code should drive business outcomes. Whether implementing features that boost user engagement or reaching goals to secure client contracts, I deliver results. My code is always high quality, testable, easily maintainable, and built to spec to achieve business goals. I'm passionate about creating software that users love to use. What I work with: TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and whatever else gets the job done. I have a proven ability to learn new technology quickly to achieve the goals of the business. Throughout my career, I've taught and mentored other devs. Teaching bootcamps, mentoring fellow engineers, and giving a conference talk at RenderATL that people really liked. I'm good at explaining technical stuff to non-technical people and enjoy working closely with product, design, and customers if need be. What I'm looking for: A senior role where I can build cool stuff that matters, work with a solid team, and keep expanding my expertise to eventually move into a Staff level role. Hit me up if you want to chat!
