Reduced time spent per review by 52% by improving workflow design and user experience. ⚬ Built Angular components used company-wide. ### Product Technology Manager @ Google Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | New York, New York, United States ⚬ Managed DoubleClick Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) from feature design to global deployment. ⚬ Interfaced directly with customers and partners in order to expand integrations and land new business. ⚬ Grew streaming video ad revenue 4x YoY by optimizing existing clients and expanding customer base 6x globally. ⚬ Monetized live events with millions of concurrent users such as the NFL Super Bowl, MLB world series, IPL cricket tournament with individually targeted video ads. ### Solutions Engineer @ Google Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 | New York, New York, United States ⚬ Managed relationships with broadcasting partners such as CBS, Fox, A&E, Disney. ⚬ Embedded with customer engineering teams developing their mobile apps, connected devices, and video serving to onboard and integrate services. ⚬ Built monitoring and set up an on-call rotation to proactively fix live stream issues 24x7. ### Research Scientist @ Georgia Tech Research Institute Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 ⚬ Researched using web applications for collaborative applied systems engineering. ⚬ Led team to launch Angular application and land real-world usage. ⚬ Worked full stack including the Django backend applications, the Mysql, Mongo, and Redis databases, and the server provisioning and deployment using Vagrant, Ansible, and Packer. ### Teaching Assistant @ Georgia Institute of Technology Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 | College of Computing Held office hours, graded homework and tests for CS 3510 Design and Analysis of Algorithms. ### Software Engineering Intern @ Yahoo! Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | Sunnyvale, CA At Yahoo! I contributed to developing common components and using them to enhance Yahoo’s popular Media sites (News, Sports, etc.).These components were reusable across a full range of browsers, devices, contexts, as well as being internationalized and accessible. I also built and alpha-beta tested a native ad format for Yahoo News that is now part of Yahoo's Gemini product offering. ### Software Developer @ Digital Assent LLC Jan 2012 – Jan 2012 | Atlanta, GA Digital Assent is a technology start-up which provides PatientPad a comprehensive tablet solution for modern health care practices. Our approach was a single-page tablet-based web application, targeted specifically for the iPad. Working directly with the CTO/co-founder on a three to eight person team I contributed to the core product. My projects were self-driven with loose requirements across the full stack and by necessity on a fast-paced cycle which included migrating a legacy adobe air check-in app to a re-designed web-based solution, intuitive and dynamic content selection for practice offerings of products and services, a media controller to dynamically and judiciously serve custom altering of media files for ever changing uses and screen resolutions. Introduced CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins. ### Mentorship @ Georgetown University Jan 2009 – Jan 2010 The MaxLab in the Department of Neuroscience at Georgetown University simultaneously investigates human visual processing and pushes the envelope of computational models for human vision by designing and training the model with observed human behavioral and fMRI data. Of the two limiting aspects of the computational model, accuracy and speed, I worked on increasing the speed of the model by developing parallel optimized Matlab hooks to utilize GPU computation. Using Nvidia's CUDA library for C I worked specifically on accelerating various matrix operations used with high frequency within the model such as applying filters and convolutions. ### Research Intern @ George Mason University Jan 2009 – Jan 2009 The Center for Social Complexity creates and applies computational modeling to social research yielding answers to questions from foreign leaders, domestic municipalities, corporations, etc. At the center I implemented of a multi-agent modeling simulation using general purpose GPU computing. I demonstrated that performance with GPU implementations was correlated with agent complexity as more basic agents lent themselves to the massively parallel format. ## Education ### BS in Computer Science Georgia Institute of Technology Jan 2010 – Jan 2014 ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/devrajmehta - Website: http://devm33.com --- Source: https://flows.cv/devraj JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/devraj/resume.json Last updated: 2026-03-22
