Conducted exploratory research that elevated the Learning Management System (LMS) product experience, reducing 50K+ work hours for faculty and enhancing efficiency. Conducted attitudinal and behavioral research using diary studies, surveys, card sorting, prototyping & A/B testing, that led to redesigning internal communication reducing stakeholder queries. Leveraged affinity maps and journey maps, to identify a gap in service delivery and created an internal solution to integrate a syllabus management software that maintains consistency and compliance. Collaborated across workstreams with PMs, Data Scientists, and Developers by facilitating 20+ participatory research workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment, which led to the implementation of the syllabus management software. ### Service Designer @ Intuit Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 | Mountain View, California, United States Intuit is a leading financial software company that empowers over 100 Million+ individuals and small business owners to achieve their financial goals. Here I worked with the Quickbooks team. Led user recruitment strategy and conducted in-depth qualitative interviews with 20+ stakeholders including Product Managers, Product Designers to communicate actionable insights to design leadership. Conducted comprehensive quantitative evaluations of various research methods to identify the most effective approach for gathering customer feedback. Led immersive research sessions across 4 QuickBooks Advanced teams, which led me to design a Service Design toolkit tailored to the Intuit SBSEG team streamlining knowledge transfers and increasing efficiency. ### Service Designer / Strategist @ Rupeeting Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Rupeeting is a modern asset management company in India, where I led generative research and innovation efforts within the 10-member team for its Mutual Fund and Exchange Traded Funds platform. Shaped Rupeeting product roadmaps, that led to 10+ feature launches impacting the experience of early adopters by conducting formative research methods like usability testing, remote testing, and clickstream/ analytics. Leveraged ethnographic research insights to design the investor deck that resonates with potential investors and secure the necessary capital for growth for the Series A funding round. Uncovered business opportunities in Indian markets by conducting user interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability studies to inform new product development. Research insights garnered executive buy-in that led to two financial education brands (Sens.ei & Unlearn), that teach investment practices to Gen Z and experienced investors. Performed participatory design, desirability studies, rapid prototyping, and unmoderated testing that led to the creation of a new product category for a consumer electronics brand increasing overall revenue by 2.5x to $43M YoY. Created high-level strategy for new and existing products by creating concepts based on customer research-derived insights. These efforts resulted in a 40% sales growth within six months for a B2B industrial client establishing the brand as a market leader.
 Conducted desirability studies, interviews, and focus groups and leveraged insights to build and grow an e-commerce venture - 'The Plated Project,' securing strategic partnerships with Marriott Bonvoy and Art Basel securing $100K in revenue within the first 6 months of launch. Gathered consumer insights via contextual inquiry, field studies, and diary studies for the TATA Mumbai Marathon, which led to the creation of a unique shareable medal for the full marathon category, thereby generating earned media equivalent to ~$2 million for the TATA Mumbai Marathon.
