Two notable projects: 1. Collaborated with stakeholders and project manager to provide utility bill payment assistance to low-income households, resulting in over 1000 applications within the first two weeks of launching the feature. 2. Effectively executed early discovery and research to help clients(in the public safety industry) to identify areas of improvement within their 911 call handling system. My role included stakeholder interviews, building user personas, competitive analysis, system evaluation, and redesigning the call handling dashboard.
