In my role at Ample, I was instrumental in supporting the R&D and operational deployment of automated battery-swapping stations. I executed comprehensive test plans, collaborated with engineering teams, and ensured system reliability through hands-on troubleshooting. My efforts contributed to the successful validation of technologies and improved operational procedures.

In my role as a Lead Data Analyst/GIS Analyst at Apple (via Apex Systems), I focused on analyzing 2D imagery and creating 3D generated data to resolve issues. I trained teams on quality assurance and proprietary software, which facilitated timely project delivery to our remote teams in India. My efforts in updating workflows significantly enhanced project efficiency and understanding.

Used Adobe Illustrator to sort through and manage large quantities of image data. Correctly identified and labeled trap camera images of small and large species including Woodrats, Black-tailed Deer, Ground Squirrels, Foxes, Coyotes, humans, and of course, Pumas. Used Google Earth to track movements of female Pumas to determine nesting sites and nesting patterns. Learned about large predator responses to human development and how it affects other ecological communities including mesopredators and smaller mammals.

Greeted customers and made sure they felt welcome in our facility. Maintained comprehensive knowledge of the facilities to better serve customers. Operated a POS system to itemize and complete sales. Set up and explained new membership contracts. Also, made rounds to verify if patrons were upholding facility rules.
