I am a proud first gen Korean American, product designer in Microsoft, and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Master of Design for Interactions program. My interests are data privacy in tech, co-designing product with marginalized community, and participatory design in public sector. 
Outside of work, I am always making efforts to grow my local community by participating in local volunteer engagements, Meet Ups, and political events.

- Conducted continuous user research and testing to inform product strategy for freemium desktop onboarding flows, driving 12% engagement increase through iterative design refinement based on user feedback and data insights

- Led end-to-end UX strategy and design for global privacy consent campaign delivered to 680+ million users across web, iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS, creating coherent cross-platform experience while meeting EU legal compliance and achieving highest accessibility standards

- Designed and evolved visual systems using Microsoft Fluent Design System, balancing immediate product needs with long-term scalability and consistency across platforms

- Collaborated with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to balance user needs with business goals and regulatory requirements

- Presented co-design methodologies at Microsoft Design Week and published design thinking article on Microsoft Design blog, promoting human-centered design practices
