As part of an agile team, developed and maintained a responsive web application for improving workplaces, writing code primarily in React/Typescript and Python.

Developed and managed community partnerships, supported day-to-day programming and operations, and managed Pride Path, the Center’s internship and professional-development program for LGBTQ+ youth ages 18-24.

Developed program infrastructure and provided direct student services under Pursuit Advance, Pursuit’s comprehensive alumni program that promotes ongoing technical- and professional-skill development for young adults from diverse and low-income backgrounds.

During 10-month Pursuit Core program, oversaw day-to-day classroom management, created and delivered professional skills curriculum, and ensured each student’s successful progression through the program.

As a member of NAMI’s program team, which serves individuals and families affected by mental illness, managed youth programming and outreach, as well as training and technical assistance for peer support professionals under contract with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
