I also helped name the new colors. ### Master Content Strategist, UX Team @ Blue Shield of California Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 I wrote, edited, and organized strategic content for Blue Shield of California, providing information architecture, editorial and style guidance, and strategy for member sites, including mental health resources, the COVID microsite, and a completely redesigned Medicare microsite. Our cross-functional team designed public and member facing sites, improving usability, readability, and relevance of content, creating new CMS templates, and documenting best practices for UX writing including content components. On a contract through Aquent, I also recruited and helped lead a small group of content designers, driving standards across projects. I collaborated with a talented group of UX strategists and designers, researchers, web content editors, and product managers to ensure consistency, usability, and compliance. Medi-Cal content must meet grade level requirements, which I found a fun challenge.
