One of top 5 contributors to the project, elected to the project's governing board. Designed, and helped build and maintain several of Tekton's core systems: Triggers (event-driven pipeline automation), Interceptors (extensible webhook processing), conditional execution , remote resolution (fetching pipeline configs from external source), API Conformance, Results (off-cluster execution storage via gRPC + Kubernetes RBAC). For internal use cases, built custom workload scheduling, gVisor-based container isolation, and secure multi-tenant pipeline execution. Maintainer on both Tekton and Spinnaker (open-source multi-cloud CD). On Spinnaker, added Borg deployment support, built stronger authz, and created a modular build system that cut the dependency footprint by 60%+. Led a 10-person engineering team: OKRs, roadmaps, project scoping, and onboarding new contributors through to becoming project maintainers. Earlier at Google: designed and migrated 120+ engineers to new source control, CI/CD, and release tooling meeting ISO 27001 standards (won a Google Feats of Engineering Award).
