• Perform tasks determined by Cloud Architect based on statements of work (SOW).

• Create documentation of processes, workflows and services used for client solutions.

• Familiarize with client’s environment to provide advice based on industry best practices and replicate systems on a lab environment for testing.

• Assist with creating new product offerings to engage new revenue streams via different lines of business.

• Automated Control Tower deployment, using python and terraform, to meet industry standards using TrendMicro Conformity to determine compliance levels.

Work with Cloud Solutions Architect to plan, design, build and support client infrastructure using Cloud Solutions such as AWS and Azure. Serve as an escalation point to service desk members and provide guidance on successfully resolving customer issues and concerns. Technologies include, but not limited to:

• Cisco Umbrella Management and Deployment

• AWS services such as VPCs, Workspaces, EC2s, and more

• Office 365 and Azure

• Windows Server Administration

• OpenVPN Administration

• Cloud-Based Networking (i.e Cisco Meraki Firewalls and vMXs)

• Security Auditing

Determined and proposed solutions to support over 200 end users internally and externally. Technical issues included but are not limited to hardware, software, user training and deployments. Used judgement to find solutions and/or improvements, that increase employee productivity and business efficiency, and implements them after testing to ensure business continuity.
