• Re-architectured and improved time tracking experience for SMB employees on the workforce mobile app.

• Delivered vision, user research, product strategies, wireframes and visual designs on merchant onboarding. Increased 40% new merchant sign-up and aligned with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Interned as Product Manager at Microsoft Cortana Team, during which I helped with Goal to Market Conversion Rate Increase, New Features Proposal and Campaign Promotion.

• Co-designed structures for Cortana AI integration in China's Social Media Platforms. Worked with Engineers and Designers on team to come up with detailed logics and user interface for Cortana in WeChat, including features of Chitchat and Social Reminder. Also effectively increased retention rate.

• Co-planned more than 10 Cortana promotion campaigns which overall brought almost 150% increase in Install and DAU of Cortana in China.
