My journey into design began in 2009, when I left journalism school in Damascus in search of a more expansive way to communicate ideas and create impact.
Led design efforts to evolve Dreem’s consumer sleep product into a regulated pharmaceutical device, supporting clinical research and trials for neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
Joined Heetch in early 2020 to lead the establishment of a cohesive design system across digital products, significantly improving consistency, scalability, and overall user experience.
Redesigned the Home page of Healthmate used by more than 3 million users, enabling them to find health data faster, allowing them to achieve their goals. Responsible for the Remedy design system and how it spreads across our applications. Owned the new “Healthmate Coach” feature from conception all the way to delivery.

Predicting and researching user behaviors and patterns

Document, and wireframe interaction models based on user feedback

Conceptualize micro animations and use Lottie files to produce screens and interactive states

Clearly articulates design direction to fellow designers and developers.
