Replatformed the legacy monolithic chatbot back-end into a scalable architecture of containerised Flask microservices.

Led the development of a feature management service that exposes product and partner configuration at runtime. Originally part of the chatbot stack, but eventually adopted by the majority of the organisation.

Developed the microservices that enable the features of push notification marketing, concurrency management and Pay-per-view. Utilised serverless architecture.

Built a declarative pipeline framework (similar to terraform-cdk) that streamlined the CI/CD of all AWS workloads across BT TV, BT Sport and Broadband.

Led the MVP of an IoT broker service in AWS. Solution implemented remote broadband speed testing through MQTT and was planned to be rolled out to 6 million hub devices across the UK.
