Led the design team for the RSA SecurID product line (web and mobile apps) with over 40k enterprise
customers. Evangelized UX across the organization and built partnership with PM
and Engineering teams. Mentored UX team members, drove design consistency across products. 
and stepped up customer research. RSA SecurID received recognition by analysts for user experience.

Led the design for a major release of RSA’s flagship product, designed the information architecture and collaborated on the creation of new design system. Also designed the on-boarding experience and visual design for the new RSA SecurID Access mobile and desktop apps. Conducted user research and usability testing, and mentored junior designers.
