Home Fundraising works with: VSO, Macmillan Cancer Support, Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Save the Children. 

The fundraising campaign I worked in was for the Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Initially my job consisted of recruiting donors (across London). However after two weeks I exceeded targets and was awarded the role of Team Supervisor, where I led and supervised a group of ten fundraisers. 
 
This taught me a few fundamental aspects of leadership such as: organisational skills, ability to delegate, communication and commitment. All of which I can exercise in my future career. I also have significant soft skills that allow me to successfully engage with potential customers or clients (demonstrated when I surpassed targets).
