Focusing on enterprise readiness features initiatives across Agent Product, GTM, Eng, Security, Legal, and Platform

• Guide rapidly scaling Ads Platform department through operational and organizational changes as Netflix establishes its proprietary ad-serving technology

• Lead improvement initiatives to scale the Advertising product organization through all areas of the product development lifecycle

Benchling is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to drive the next generation of biotech discoveries through the entire R&D lifecycle.

• Drive top company priority user betas, launches, and global rollouts (in partnership with product marketing, sales enablement, compliance, and others)

• Own product launch readiness

• Oversee creation of company roadmap based on top priorities and customer needs

• Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related feedback and feature requests

• Develop processes & tools to improve PDE workflow such as optimizing release notes process, establishing communications for sunsetting and deprecation, and creating customer-facing enablement content

• Special focus on working as internal tools/ analytics PM (roadmapping, completing tech specs, BRDs, UAT, prioritizing user stories, identifying blockers, overseeing rollout and enablement) for all internal tools to scaling global org

• Supported Customer & Client Councils via preparation of relevant decks, product strategy analysis, and best practices related to advertising spend
