Hi, I'm Diya! I'm a UCLA grad with a degree in Cognitive Science (specializing in Computing) and a minor in Statistics and Data Science.

As a product designer, I'm passionate about crafting intuitive experiences that blend creativity and data to foster genuine human connection. My goal is to design products that look and feel good for any and all potential users!

Currently, I lead end-to-end design at Rivet, where I build tools that help creators grow and monetize their fan communities.

- Leading end-to-end design of creator-focused tools at a fast-scaling fan community growth SaaS platform supporting 7K+ creators, including signed acts from Sony and Universal; enabling teams to monetize up to $100K/month in fan revenue
- Collaborating cross-functionally across product, engineering, and creator teams to prototype, test, and ship responsive web-based flows in an Agile environment
- Designed interface for Ask Rivet, an AI-powered segment builder now used in over 47% of outbound Push messages; drove 35% average MoM growth in usage and 100+ requests/month, helping position Rivet as a category leader
- Spearheaded design of DM Automations for Instagram/Facebook, Rivet’s highest-converting campaign feature with a 71% message open rate; reduced related support requests by 80% and significantly accelerated time-to-value
