### Staff Frontend Engineer @ Altruist

I joined Altruist at the very beginning of its startup life. With a small team, we built a foundation on which it has become one of the fastest-growing financial startups in the US. 

There were numerous challenges over these years. The list of initiatives where I played one of the key roles:
- Web app UI architecture;
- Set of various initial features to create a minimum loveable product  (account opening, funds management, trading, etc.);
- Move money authorization feature; 
- Account opening flow;
- Integration with 3rd party services (document signing, bank authorizations, clearing providers, etc.);
- etc.

Another part of my responsibilities is leading a group of teams. As a group leader:
- I work across multiple teams to improve collaboration between them;
- Organizing knowledge sharing and training sessions;
- Mentoring other developers and team leads;
- Design reviews;
- Re-evaluating existing approaches and flows. Adopting the most successful practices;
- etc.

### Senior Frontend Engineer @ Ciklum
Jan 2017 – Jan 2020 | Kyiv, Kyiv City, Ukraine
NEX Traiana project. I was lucky to be a part of the skilled and passionate team. In synergy, we developed multiple financial applications connected based on the micro-frontends architecture and formed a solid system that helps customers with trade processing.

I was responsible for developing and supporting multiple complex applications and a UI component library. Worked on and successfully improved the build performance of the platform. Also, I mentored and helped to onboard junior developers.

### Frontend Engineer @ EPAM Systems

Real estate properties application. It required in the short term to create and integrate two new features into an existing codebase. My task was to onboard myself into a cross-functional agile team that had a headstart, drastically improve and refactor the existing solution and deliver new features. We successfully finished the project on time.
