At Cash App, I worked on the Trust & Disputes platform supporting ~20M customers and ~40K daily disputes. My focus was building scalable, reusable infrastructure for fraud and account-level claim workflows.

• Architected Cash App’s first non-transaction-based claims model, establishing reusable primitives later extended by other teams (e.g., denylist appeals, missing-transaction claims)

• Designed distributed investigation workflows using Temporal and event-driven architecture

• Replaced fragmented legacy decision logs with materialized view–backed activity infrastructure

• Led rollout of dispute visibility within enriched receipts (1% → 100% phased launch)

• Designed and implemented regulatory-aligned customer claim withdrawal workflow

• Led SEV response for appeal workflow failures, implementing backfills and architectural safeguards
