I drive cross-functional engineering efforts from concept to launch — setting architecture, aligning teams, and delivering end-to-end. I stay hands-on and write a lot of code, from early prototypes to production systems. I explore novel native interaction paradigms for LLM-powered experiences beyond chat. My through-line is building tools that help people read, think, and create; I also bring deep expertise in text processing, typography, and internationalization.

I’m the engineering lead for Apple Intelligence Writing Tools, where I led the product from the ground up. Writing Tools integrate Apple’s in-house foundation models from our NLP/ML teams alongside external models like ChatGPT, and deliver a unified experience across all text systems—UIKit, AppKit, and WebKit.

I’m also responsible for Apple internal frameworks that enable internationalization and localization across the company, including the Language & Region and Keyboard settings bundles. My work includes input methods and keyboard technologies.
