# Drew Bridewell, CHPC > Head of Design and Product at GrowthDay, LinkedIn Learning Author, Coach, Instructor, Founder of Next Level UX,Certified Performance coach, Co-Founder of LiLCreators Location: Napa, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/drewbridewellchpc Hello, I’m Drew Bridewell, Certified with High Performance Habits I’m the founder of Next Level UX, Head of Design at GrowthDay, and co-founder of LiLCreators. I design and lead growth-driven product experiences, and I coach designers, builders, and product leaders who want to operate at their next level with clarity, intention, and measurable impact. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and human performance. I host Practical UX Weekly on LinkedIn Learning, where I teach applied UX principles grounded in real-world product leadership. I’ve also coached and taught at the Stanford d.school, working with teams on design clarity, decision-making, and execution under real constraints. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across product and design at Facebook, InVision, LinkedIn, Lynda.com, HPX Student, Qwikcart, Crosscap, NIC, eGov.com, ProfitStreams, The Magellan Network, Los Alamos County, and Savannah College of Art and Design. Previously, I served as a Senior Design Specialist at InVision, partnering with enterprise teams to elevate design maturity through mentoring, consulting, deep-dive workshops, and leadership talks. Today, my focus is simple. Build products that help people grow. Coach humans, not just careers. About Next Level UX Next Level UX is an operating system for creative work. After two decades leading design across startups, enterprise teams, and high-growth platforms, I noticed the same pattern again and again. Talented creators weren’t stuck because they lacked skill. They were stuck because they lacked a system. They consumed content. They set goals. They worked hard. But without a framework connecting clarity to action, practice to mastery, and reflection to improvement, effort is scattered. Progress stalled. Burnout followed. Next Level UX is the system I wish I’d had earlier. It’s built around 12 core pillars that replace guesswork with structure and momentum. The program is delivered through three integrated experiences: Mapping to Learn – a four-week visual system for understanding complexity and building shared understanding Action Planning – a structured, formula-driven approach to turning clarity into consistent execution Career Coaching & Development – a 12-week application of the system to product design, engineering, and product leadership careers This isn’t a course or motivation program. It’s structure. And structure creates freedom. ## Work Experience ### Head of Design @ GrowthDay Jan 2020 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area As Head of Product and Design at GrowthDay, I lead Product and Design of iOS, Android, and web applications, ensuring users have a seamless experience with the world’s leading personal development platform. With an ever-increasing number of different smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and televisions that allow us to view websites, this makes our jobs as interactive designers even more challenging. Are you helping them focus on what they really need to get done, on the devices where they need that functionality the most? In this workshop led by David Sherwin and Drew Bridewell from LinkedIn, we’ll teach you techniques that will help you and your teams: • Prioritize what product features will have the most value for your users across smartphone, tablet, desktop, TV, wearables, and other devices—so you’re investing your time and energy into the right features in the right places • Validate your product assumptions and hypotheses through paper and digital prototypes, so you can start building those features intelligently • Plan the implementation of your product features for development in a modular, componentized manner that makes them easier to test and scale Along with workshop activities rooted in the above techniques, we’ll share how we used similar approaches in a redesign of the learning experience of Lynda.com as a responsive product. 150 people workshop Available upon request ### Senior UX Designer @ lynda.com Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 Redesigning lynda.com. lynda.com is an online learning company that helps anyone learn software, creative, and business skills to achieve their personal and professional goals.
