Directed Commure’s rebrand, working cross-functionally to develop an evolved brand system, creative strategy, websites, and asset libraries that reflect the maturity of the Commure platform. This included integrating several acquired brands into a cohesive visual identity and content framework.
Created the Brand Design organization - developing project management processes, trainings, tools, career ladders, and hiring practices while managing a remote national team of in-house designers, developers, external agencies and freelancers.
Collaborated closely with sales, marketing, and executive teams to establish a strategy that clearly defined Commure's newly created category — the healthtech operating system — to prospects at every stage of the customer journey.
Led the creative direction of brand and marketing campaigns, from brainstorming and brief to execution and analytics tracking, resulting in the highest-ever CTR in Commure's history.
Oversaw the development of creative for all events and associated promotional materials, including landing pages, social media, sales enablement collateral, and video.
