•Ensured customers success through maintaining service reliability through on call, new features,
and requests for distributed service that handles hundreds of thousands of requests per second

data protection policies, security considerations, scaling, and data consistency considerations.

Kubernetes deployments; improved engineering success through quicker builds and deployments
