My work focuses on aligning human-centered AI with global impact goals, driving both product-market fit and measurable growth. Within just three months, our cross-functional efforts resulted in an increase in revenue and earned the trust of global platforms like the United Nations’ #AIForGood.
During my tenure at SidLabs, so far, I:
* Drove a 70.94% revenue increase within the first 90 days of SidLabs’ international relaunch by designing and executing a market-fit product strategy grounded in UX-led market research.
* Led the end-to-end research lifecycle—from awareness-building to pilot execution—resulting in the company’s pivot toward globally scalable, human-centered AI solutions.
* Defined and aligned research goals with leadership to uncover critical user insights, shaping a roadmap tailored for high-impact product launches in underserved markets.
* Developed and refined research methodology using qualitative and quantitative tools, adjusting for local context and maximizing data relevance across international user bases.
* Conducted iterative analysis and reviews that informed agile decision-making, directly contributing to product refinement and reduced go-to-market friction.
* Spearheaded the strategic redesign and delivery of AI & web solutions that gained recognition by the United Nations' #AIForGood platform for being Responsible, Ethical, Sustainable, and Scalable.
* Co-led the development of two AI-powered products—LexAid and Defensa+AI—awarded first and second runners-up positions at the UN’s AI for Good Impact Awards 2025 by ITU, selected from over 300+ global entries for their innovative approach to solving complex societal challenges.
