Own product strategy and execution for an AI-enabled nursing assistant for real-time documentation and standardized handoffs. Built the MVP and led two pilots: UPMC beta (10+ nurses) and Duquesne University School of Nursing (50 nursing students). Pilot results: 70% faster documentation, 40% fewer errors, and 30% higher reported efficiency and satisfaction.
