•Maintain and develop Verisign’s global ServiceNow deployment along with numerous integrations with other enterprise applications.
•Worked as part of a two-person team to develop new features and provide operational support for the full-stack application the company uses to collect and measure compliance among the entire global infrastructure. Application implemented in React, with the backend in Flask (Python), PostgreSQL, and Perl.
•Built system to fully automate quarterly internal auditing process throughout the organization
o Designed a UI using AngularJS and automated email system that presents a simple unified report to managers and leadership to ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
o Wrote integrations between various enterprise systems to present information in a single one-stop-shop report on the ServiceNow Platform.
o Led discussions with stakeholders throughout the organization to design and build a "fully automatic" quarterly auditing report solution.
o Created user interface for product owners to monitor the quarterly audit process and instantly produce needed reports and artifacts to meet critical auditing requirements.
