As employee #1 at DataBased, I engineered the first mathematical algorithms for DataBased using Typescript working to build out an MVP. I then recruited and hired four excellent software engineers, and together, built out the foundation of DataBased. 

With our 2021 seed round, we were able to secure $3M at a $40M valuation.

I oversee a cross-functional team including engineering, product, design, CX, and technical implementation while also being a significant individual contributor to backend development.

Engineering
- Using AWS built and maintained a highly scaleable distributed system leveraging Load Balancers, ECS, EC2, AS-Groups, SQS, RDS (PSQL). 
- Designed and implemented complex data mapping integration with Salesforce via REST API resulting in a 92% reduction of client onboarding time using Typescript. 
- Developed an algorithm identifying daily high-impact areas for sales coaching and development for hundreds of sales representatives using Typescript.
- Developed a model that will ingest sales representatives' metrics and plot them on a 2-D plane ultimately empowering leaders with intuitive visualization and data using Javascript.
- Designed and implemented the DataBased API using Node & TypeScript.
- Advocate of TDD, Clean Architecture (Robert C. Martin), and SOLID

Leadership
- Raised $3M on a $40M Pre-Money valuation
- Grew total employee count from 1 to 17
