At Squint, we’re building a new way for operators and technicians to access information - one where the knowledge they need comes to them, exactly when and where work is happening. Our focus is the frontline: helping teams in the field and on manufacturing floors reduce mistakes that lead to downtime, quality issues, and safety risks.

Over the past couple years, my role has been to help the company tackle its biggest challenges as we’ve grown by standing up several core functions:

• Product: first, built the early product and EPD org, and shaped the platform from 0 through our first handful of customers

• Customer Success: then, built the CS team to figure out how to deploy bleeding edge tech to factories across the world, and ensured both operators and F500 enterprise leaders saw real value from Squint

• Marketing: most recently, established the 0 --> 1 of the marketing function to bring our story and customer outcomes to the world
