Sophomore at BC majoring in computer science and minoring in mathematics, QuestBridge National College Match recipient and MLT CP 28 fellow.

Before College I had never wrote a single line of code. Now as a sophomore I am working as a TA for our CS II class teaching C++ to over 50 students, working as a software engineer at startups, building my own side projects, competing at hackathons and even working as a special events supervisor at our recreation center in my free time. 

I grew my interest with coding with my love to build and solving puzzles. My interests from building legos to solving math problems turned into creating web and mobile solutions for the problems my friends and I were having. My interest into software engineering grew out of curiosity with the vast amount of tools to be learnt and skills to be mastered. 

I learned through hackathons like HackHarvard, personal projects, and startup work to build with React, React Native, Tailwind CSS, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, docker and more. I am continuing to learn day to day and love every moment of it.

In the future I would want to work in a fast paced startup environment who's mission is to help bring people and the world around us into a more equal and free place. Whether that is helping the educational sector or environmental sector I see myself working to bring opportunity to others with the skills I have. I want to grow from a role as a full-stack engineer to a manager where I can help navigate the next generation of engineers with a healthy mindset.

• Developed a Stripe Connect on boarding flow using React Native modals and deep linking to automate seller verification and secure payout management
