•In the midst of the initial COVID-19 vaccine rollout, built and launched an immunization platform in 4 weeks to support all public vaccination sites in Massachusetts
•Led a team of 7 engineers for a full overhaul of the existing platform to support new immunizations, helping it grow to deliver over 2 million doses at hundreds of sites across the country
•Embedded on other teams leading up to launches to bring stability and ship 5 major releases in 1 year
•Reviewed technical design proposals from all teams as an across-the-board domain expert on Color's products
•Served as a first point of contact for product and UX design teams for engineering feedback
•Led a weekly Effective Python (2019) reading group for software engineers who were new to Python
