Lead an initiative to help bring new standards to the front end react application to include implementing Typescript and Redux. Devised and implemented a solution for using LaunchDarkly to help improve both product and engineering's experience. Setup a React testing strategy using jest/react testing library for other engineers to follow. Mentor other software engineers as needed on more efficient practices and hep them to solve bugs.
