Retrieved configuration information for Kubernetes agents in tenant, allowing for agent job CPU and Memory definition. Transitioned Agent configuration retrieval from minutely polling to an eventing based framework. Reduced retrieval from millions of calls per day to thousands by storing configuration data in Cosmos DB.

Built Azure functions to track instances of slowness in client product usage through New Relic alerts sent via a Service Bus, matched slowness to concurrent possible causes stored in Cosmos DB, and automated Jira ticket creation. Rigorously subjected code changes to unit testing with the NUnit framework and deployed through a CI/CD pipeline.

Designed and developed a GUI for the Dartmouth Bayesian Knowledge Base research group to improve upon previous static data visualization, deployed updates to codebase using a git-based workflow. Rendered BKB data into an interactive graph with the capability to modify nodes and perform BKB reasoning analysis.
