I'm a highly skilled Sr Digital Product Designer, currently employed at Tesla. Over the course of a decade, I've built up a diverse skill set that empowers me to craft exceptional digital products.
In the years since joining YML, I have leveraged my expertise in consultation and digital product design to serve a diverse range of clients. From leading design engagements for international tech giants to collaborating with household names in the medical field. Through my work, I’ve had the pleasure of winning various awards for our clients and making a significant impact on millions of users across various industries.
As I scaled the design team I lead, my role within the team has expanded and developed. I am responsible for setting design best practices, leading design engagements of 2-4 designers, and providing the world-class design consulting that our Fortune 500 clients expect from Digital Products.

Following the acquisition of Intrepid, I lead a small group in jump-starting a new office in Houston, Texas. In addition to my role and responsibilities as a designer, I began focusing on mentorship, design talent sourcing, and team leadership. We grew our local design team from 2 to ~10 during this time.
My role within the design team at Intrepid became more and more focused on being the sole contributor, and leading the design decisions on projects. I provided counsel to clients frequently, and helped them push the boundaries of their user interfaces, as well as their user experiences.
