Authentication with Google: Enabling PayPal users with Google accounts to verify their identity. • Research: Wrote survey and script, interviewed research participants. • Visual Design: Created multiple variants tested in the lab and re-designed based on user feedback. • Collaborated with engineers to create new capabilities to support user needs. Password Reset: Making it fast and easy for users to reset their passwords. • Updated experiences to latest PayPal design standards. • Redesigned a complex interaction into a simple one with motion designs that transformed screen elements quickly into new states. • Created user interaction flows: worked closely with engineers to understand how to use our complex technology to create a simple flow.
