• Educational Course Management system, adding value to the Autodesk subscription offerings
• Tutorial sharing platform to allow customers to share product tutorials publicly and privately improving the Autodesk product knowledge sharing through a self serving service
• Video sharing platform having more than 14K video authors with over 500K videos published. Improved processing performance in 10X for more than 450 video uploads per day and 2 million video visits a month
• Backend systems to collect and report Autodesk products usage processing 450K unique users payloads per day, ingesting over 1 billion records per day. Service helped Autodesk collect product usage data to improve Autodesk products
Enhanced and implemented backend services for;
• Autodesk Developer Network Platform helping improve Autodesk product knowledge access to customers
• Autodesk Green Building Studio helping improve building performance analysis services to customers
• Autodesk Customer Error Report system expediting “just-in-time” patch delivery to customers when Autodesk products crash
Other duties;
• Implemented cost-saving strategies by transitioning legacy systems to a Cloud-based micro-service serverless architecture
• Orchestration layer service for Autodesk Virtual Agent Chatbot integrating IBM Watson Conversation, Soulmachines, and Autodesk services
• Web applications, and web services, for internal tools to monitor and report backend systems helping expedite systems recovery
