• Give private lessons to students of all ages (youngest is 8, oldest is mid 70s)

• Provide performance prep on Guitar, bass, and voice

• Work as the booking agent, tour manager, chief songwriter, and arranger for various live performance and studio-recording bands.

• Coordinate and manage rehearsals for bands of up to 15 musicians in preparation for various performances between 45 minutes and 3.5 hours long.

• Delegate reasonable responsibilities to fellow capable band members after learning their strengths and how to apply them to musical, promotional, and managerial goals.
