My home base was in the Infrastructure/Platform org, but I worked across all of R&D to unlock our newest bets, scale our flagship products, and grow new leaders :)

I led teams and grew new leads for 10+ teams of engineers across product, platform, and infrastructure, growing our R&D org from ~20 to 100's. Shipped a lot of features along the way!

My focus was on unlocking key enterprise business - by directly scaling our flagship products 100x, shepherding product excellence and UX, and building highly leveraged infra/tooling so others could do the same.

Maintained and contributed to the project both internally (Facebook) and externally (Github). As the primary core contributor, helped manage community issues and PRs, designed + implemented a more flexible and concise component-based API while retaining performance.
