BRAND LEADERSHIP. Led brand positioning and messaging for ShopStyle.com (Web, iOS & Android App) and ShopStyle Collective (Web, iOS App). Oversaw multiple brand refresh efforts to meet changing business strategy. Facilitated brand education across the organization to socialize brand mission for success.
DESIGN LEADERSHIP. Spearheaded the evolution of ShopStyle.com and ShopStyle Collective's visual language to resonate with ShopStyle's multiple style-driven audiences from shoppers to influencers to retail partners. Led the creative team to build reusable and scalable tools from brand guides to design systems with an eye for consistency and efficiency.
CREATIVE MANAGEMENT. Recruited, mentored and managed a lean but high functioning team of visual designers, freelance copywriters, producers, PR professionals, and agency partners to meet a fast paced and high volume workload. Ensuring marketing creative were engagement-driven and conversion-focused and always in consideration of the full customer journey.
CREATIVE OPERATIONS. Designed and implemented the creative workflow for speed and accountability with transparent time tracking, skilled-based resourcing, and clear project briefing to support a fast-growing ad tech business.
