This overall would benefit the business as it would allow the website to become up to date with current technology and allow Nationwide’s information to become more available to third parties. Additionally, I was tasked with adding a new feature to another Nationwide application, PMA-Derecho. This new featured called for the addition of a new page where the business user could activate and de-activate the status of certain benchmarks related to the business. This project was the largest one I had received this year as it called for me to developed both the front and back end of the new feature. -1st Year App Dev Intern Participated in Nationwide’s intern program by supporting Digital Transformation and Enterprise Applications through projects that were focused on Cloud Migration, Java development, ETL, and Test Automation. The team I was on practiced AGILE as well as DevOps, which I learned firsthand. My most meaningful project was the Cloud Migration Project which entailed developing in fast, and intense sprint where my team and I not only worked, but also learned to migrate our application to AWS cloud. Competed in Nationwide’s Enterprise-wide Hackathon where my team & I created a networking app that allowed interns, as well as new employees, to begin to create their network within the company by matching with potential mentors and peers based on technical or business interests. Our application placed second in our bracket as well as won the award for “Best Pitch.” ### IT Intern @ CASTO Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Columbus, Ohio, United States Independently coordinated and executed the completion of a PC refresh project, amongst other tasks, through means of streamlining computer processes and integral communications with clients regarding the needs of their new machines. By utilizing crucial software programs, I was firstly tasked with installing and refining images for the new computers for distribution by means of the application Clonezilla. From there, I sought out and connected with the client for the designated machine and organized an appropriate time in which I could backup their old PC. By running their backup, I was able to transfer the applicable tools necessary for their work in a manner that upon the receival of their new PC, they were unable to notice a difference, aside from the hardware upgrades. Due to my ability to conduct the tasks in an organized and efficient fashion, I was able to complete the project months ahead of schedule, and in turn, was able to increase the productivity and performance of the workplace. By nature of the project, there were often inconsistencies that arose during the configuration of each new machine. Thus, in order to combat the time that was depleted mending the errors that emerged, I created documentation with valuable and explicit direction towards disentangling each common occurrence to ensure that valuable time was not spent rediscovering solutions for said obstacles. ### Retail Salesworker @ Maumee Antique Mall Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | Maumee, Ohio ### Front End Worker @ Jimmy John's Jan 2015 – Jan 2018 | Maumee, Ohio ### Sales Associate @ Dillard's Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | Maumee ## Education ### Computer Science And Engineering in Software Engineering (SWS) The Ohio State University Jan 2017 – Jan 2021 ### High School Diploma Summa Cum Laude Anthony Wayne High School Jan 2013 – Jan 2017 ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/eileen-lama --- Source: https://flows.cv/eileenlama JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/eileenlama/resume.json Last updated: 2026-03-29
