In the past year, I've joined teams at B2B and B2C early stage startups. My clients are in digital banking, wealth management, and supply chain management.

As the Lead Product Designer in these roles, I've brought design thinking methodologies to the product, engineering and design teams I am collaborating with. I've designed onboarding experiences for 2 clients that led to a 3%+ increase in conversion rates for both and executed 0>1 core experiences for MVP launches. I've also created + built design systems from scratch in collaboration with engineering team members.

At VTS, I led the design of 0>1 listing management + marketing analytics features for the launch of the VTS Marketplace product. I was involved in the early stages of establishing business requirements+product vision through to high fidelity implementation, and updated features post-launch. I regularly presented early stage concepts to executives and secured buy-in for multiple product features.

At AIG, I led the visual design for a retirement plan management portal and a financial robo advisor. I was also on a design systems team with 4 other designers + 2 creative technologists to establish a global AIG design system to ensure product consistency. I presented + successfully got buy in for implementing design systems + design thinking processes to various business units across AIG.

At Fluidigm, I worked with a Lead Designer + Creative Director to deliver all of Fluidigm's design + marketing materials. I worked on presentation graphics, newsletter emails, tradeshow graphics, and brochures.

As a teaching assistant for Freshman and Sophomore level students, I was mainly responsible for critiquing & grading student work, providing guidance through visual design and idea brainstorming sessions, & giving tutorials on different prototyping methods.
