# Elahe S. Hosseini > Staff Software Engineer | Tech Lead | Backend Automation for Multi-Agent Systems | Agentic AI, RAG, Observability Automation | Amateur chef Location: Palo Alto, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/elahe When I’m not designing large-scale intelligent systems, you’ll probably find me chasing my daughter around the house or experimenting with new ways to elevate simple vegetables into unforgettable meals. I am a Staff Software Engineer and technical leader with 10+ years of experience architecting and delivering high-impact, scalable, and intelligent solutions. My expertise lies in translating complex organizational challenges into transformative, production-ready AI systems that drive operational efficiency and create new pathways for data interaction. These days, I specialize in the Agentic AI era, leading the design and implementation of sophisticated multi-agent workflows. I combine Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced tool orchestration (like ReAct/LangGraph), and proprietary data via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to build systems that don't just answer questions—they autonomously execute complex tasks, craft sophisticated API/MCP calls, and navigate organizational workflows. Recent Leadership Impact: My recent focus involves leading the implementation of next-generation observability tools for large infrastructure pipelines. This work enables seamless natural language-to-query capabilities, transforming complex dashboards and data navigation into simple, decisive actions, fundamentally changing how organizations monitor and act on their critical infrastructure data. Key Expertise & Focus Areas: Agentic AI & Orchestration: Technical Leadership in building multi-agent systems, LangGraph, ReAct/Self-Correction Loops. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Schema-aware RAG design, Milvus, advanced chunking strategies, semantic layer, cube.dev Distributed Systems: Kafka, Spark, RabbitMQ, high-throughput data processing. Data & Search Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, BigTable, BigQuery. Programming & Cloud: Python (core), C++, Java, GCP, containerized CI/CD pipelines. Let’s connect — I’d love to explore how we can build the next generation of agentic systems together. ## Work Experience ### Staff Software Engineer | Lead for Agentic AI Systems @ Walmart Labs Jan 2019 – Present | Sunnyvale, California -Leading the architecture and delivery of an large-scale Agentic AI Observability Chatbot for huge Walmart network infrastructure. This system utilizes the LangGraph, ReAct and advanced RAG to translate natural language to queries or API/MCP calls. This multi-source data retrieval tool reducing MTTD and MTTR for network incidents. -Designed and developed an anomaly detection framework using time series deep learning prediction models as a monitoring tool for data center network devices. -Designed and developed an automation framework based on text mining to extract required data elements and feed them to other parts of network infrastructure. -Designed and implemented a configuration framework for all the Walmart network devices around the world.
