* Work closely with marketing department to translate business goals and user needs into meaningful and useful web applications

* Responsible for an enterprise level reporting tool focusing on data visualization and analytics

* Responsible for feature research and prioritizing on multiple complicated web products such as: search history analysis site, crawler report site, notification site and federated search site

* Responsible for designing prototype using HTML, CSS and bootstrap framework

* Responsible for creating and optimizing organization workflow, UI interaction and user experience

* Responsible for writing user stories and design documents for brand-new product

* Collaborate closely with marketing department, developers and stakeholders to deliver the product solutions

* Responsible for task prioritizing, task distribution and task status monitoring within team to ensure product goal is achieved

* Responsible for mobile app interaction design and prototype implementation

* Redesign mobile app style to be consistent with other ECM and BPM products across company

* Deal with feature request and resolve technical problems and issues arising from customers

* Involved in initial requirement analysis phase

* Develop personas and scenarios, evaluated user flow and UI design

* Responsible for on-premises and cloud release on a regular basis. Follow the agile development process and complete the testing within the scheduled release date

* Setup UI test framework for web application and mobile app

* Automate repetitive manual test cases to improve regression test efficiency

* Responsible for web API and integrated test using NUnit and C#

* Responsible for load and performance test for web and mobile server using JMeter

* Deploy and maintain server on AWS with cloud infrastructure team
