Participating in Cohort 7 of the Climatebase Fellowship, the climate career accelerator for mission-driven professionals. The Climatebase Fellowship combines a 12-week industry-oriented educational program and ongoing community membership throughout the year. Each cohort hosts over 100 expert guest speakers, career support, project-based work, and a supportive network of highly talented peers, optimists, doers, creators, visionaries, disruptors, and explorers from a wide range of backgrounds and organizations.
Assisted with early stage development of a project using unsupervised learning on sequencer data to relate phenotypes to genotypes with the goal of understanding implications for cardiological health.
Designed and built from the ground up a new image-curating feature requiring complex user interactions called “Pattern of Life,” culminating in a company-wide presentation and demo. Utilized JavaScript, JSX, React, Redux, CSS, and HTML to build intuitive user interactions. Expanded the existing redux state tree and built new flexible and clean components. Coordinated and led frequent design discussions with technical and design teams and management.
