I do that by applying my experience in contextual inquiry, design thinking and design. But most of all I'm able to empathize with users combined with my passion to simplify (what can be simplified) and ultimately delight users.

I have a diverse work experience from Product Design and Consulting. Enterprise applications to Consumer services. touching many technologies and platforms. These experiences made me the hybrid design that I am today (and still evolving…)

I have demonstrated ability to work both in a strategic and ideation mode with executives and project teams as well as deliver very detailed designs to support development. 
I like to take initiatives and run with them from idea all the way through to final design and implementation. I truly cherish the whole process. I have a very realistic approach to project scope. When it come down to it, I know to pick my battles!
