I research, design and implement deep learning-based solutions for Alzheimer's disease pathology and biomarker detection from neuroimaging data. Currently, I'm developing a deep learning model for predicting tau pathology from MRI scans. I also develop and manage an image processing pipeline for arterial spin labeling MRI data from the ADNI cohort for the purpose of analyzing changes in cerebral blood flow in Alzheimer's disease.
