• Lead, architected, built and scaled several platforms across our different LOBs to support use cases like Deliveries, Multimodal, and the core Rideshare products with these platforms cumulatively handling several millions in bookings and revenue.

• Designed and implemented a modular caching layer around several of our core services leading to an 80%+ reduction in database read throughput on tables handling millions of RPM, saving millions of dollars and overall increasing service reliability

• Discovered and fixed several issues in our delivery product/platform by performing deep analysis into our metrics/events leading to an 8% increase in our delivery E2E success rate.
