I’m a product designer specializing in AI-first and agentic experiences, with experience leading 0→1 platforms to real-world adoption at Microsoft.

My recent work includes leading design for an AI Brand Agent platform now used by enterprise and SMB brands across retail and services, contributing to multi-fold conversion gains in assisted shopping experiences.

Previously, I worked on Copilot for Sales, helping drive strong adoption growth across enterprise customers, and on Dynamics 365 Commerce, where I led design modernization of complex operational systems and improved task success by ~30% across core in-store workflows.

My design practice sits at the intersection of AI capabilities, design systems, and product strategy.
