I specialize in platform analytics, operational health, and employee optimization—transforming functional tools into solutions that deliver measurable impact. To accelerate prototyping and iteration, I actively leverage AI (especially tools in my design process. This has enabled me to rapidly test concepts, iterate on designs, and enable our BI-driven design team to adopt more agile workflows—ultimately delivering higher-quality solutions faster.
