- Built and managed utility customer data access pipeline, working directly with utility partners to implement OAuth process that allowed for the secure authorization and transfer of utility customer data for over 200k customers.  
- Designed and implemented heuristic outage detection system that enabled better reporting of third party outages and allowed us to change the user experience on outage detection.
- Built several backend implementations of API interactions with various third parties, including Smart Home devices such as Google Nest and TPLink, fulfillment partners such as Ingram Micro, and business process support such as Shopify and Stripe.
